Email Addresses

We set up 1 or 2 forwarding email addresses of your choice (sales@, contact@, mike@, info@… etc) using your Artist Website hosting. Unknown to your viewers, this email address can be forwarded to any existing account (a free Gmail account can also send messages using this address) for professional looking and easy emails on the go ($17 per year, nominate two addresses).

Site Updating

Want to stay away from updating your site? Want to avoid resizing your images or renaming them? Leave the hack work to us. Text editing, modifying menu items, adding new work – we can do almost anything web or design sounding for a low hourly rate ($45/hour).

Swap Templates

We are constantly bringing out new templates and image handling. If you prefer a new one to your old, or just feel like a change, we can copy over your existing content to a new one (speak to us for details).

Title Page

Fancier sites often have a cover page, with just the artist’s name and/or an image, such as a gallery or work detail. We can add a cover page to any Artist Website (Now Included Free).

Add a Blog

It is becoming popular to have a separate /blog section where you can blog about things that are happening in the studio, new work, news or whatever you like. We can add a blog that seemlessly matches to your website, or is different – speak to us if you’d like to see some options.

Shopping Carts

You can add a secure shopping cart to your site so people can buy paintings, books, craft or anything else from you direct. Payment is usually via paypal although credit card options are available. Speak to us for details ($399).

Favicons

Damien Hirst has one. Bas Jan Ader, David Shrigley and many other artists also have one. What are they? Tiny logos that sit next to your URL address, or on open tabs, in people’s web browsers when viewing your site. We can make an icon for you that adds a level of professionalism to your site, and that sizes perfectly for any browser or desktop use ($45).

Elegant URLs

If you want to change the URLs of your pages, such as from the ugly automatically generated http://yourwebsite.com/?page_id=44 to something more like http://yourwebsite.com/contact we can fix it ($15).

Fancy Fonts

We can type your name and menu items in fancy fonts like Univers, Futura, Gill Sans and others not available to web browsers, in photoshop. Or, you can supply your own (hand drawn) text. This gives your site a significant extra level of polish. If you find a font you like online we can usually identify it by sight ($45).

Website Statistics

Discover who, when, and how many people visit your site. Find out the search terms they use, the pages they look at, what cities they are from, and how long they stay. Fee is for the installation a free website statistics account, that you can check anytime ($45 once only fee).

Contact Forms

Keep your email address safer from spammers. Use any email address, and provide people a convenient way to contact you all from your site. Your choice of text can be used. We can also encrypt your current email address if you would like that displayed, but also safe from spammers ($45).

Search Engines

Do you wish to change the automatically generated blurb that appears under your search results? Want to appear higher up for your name, or for more generalized terms, like ‘contemporary art’, or ‘oil painting london’? We can help with a plan that suits you (speak to us for individual pricing).

Hosting

If you need a place just to host an existing website or blog, we can do that – cheaper than just about anywhere else! Chat to us about the details. People ordering a site get this free for the first year ($49/year).
